KEY CONCEPTS

These are the Key Concepts of the Task 7:

Complexity: in every organization there is a series of open levels that have connections between them. Knowledge arises through that interaction. Complexity is a way of analyzing and reflecting on certain aspects of nature, society and thought.

Context: set of circumstances that surround a situation and without which the complexity of an organization can not be understood correctly.

Emerging knowledge: is the knowledge that is transmitted through the interaction of people. These new ideas can emerge by building or modifying prior knowledge

Diversity: a very determinant factor in the knowledge that is transmitted and that which is received through interaction, is the diversity of the people who interact.
The creation of new knowledge depends on its values, its history, its preferences, beliefs, resources ...

Randomness: the complex systems present constant significant changes that affect the system. These changes are based on the randomness. That means that they can not be predicted and that they are based on chance.
