KEY CONCEPTS OF WEEK 7.2

Key Concepts:

-Teacher-student connection: it shows the relationship that exist between the teacher and students in oder to create a good environment in the class. Indeed, this is a feedback between both of them, because a teacher usually teaches students, but in some occasions, students can teach teachers in many ways.

-Connections with peers: it shows the different roles that are in a class and how relations with peers are not good sometimes, for example, a peer group could not work well together. Moreover, this is good to realize how these connections with peers can influence students at school.

-Connections within the learning context: it shows how the content that students learn at school is used throughout our lifes and the connections that are stablished in them. For instance, maths is a subject really useful for our entire lifes simply for buying things or even the alarm clock.

-Connections beyond the classroom: it explains that teachers do not have to impart a class only using books, quite the opposite, they have to interact with other cultures and ways of teaching, using more materials such as technology. In this way, students learn in many ways that are beneficial for their future.

-Connections within learning: it explain how students connect previous learning with the new one that they learn at school. It is called Meaningful Learning.
