These leaders try to raise the awareness of their followers
by turning to higher ideals and moral values like freedom, equality, peace, humanitarianism, and not to lower feelings like fear, greed, envy or hatred.
5. Adaptability is an able to adjust oneself readily to different conditions. Adaptability is an important life skill that often dictates how we succeed in life, and helping students get a good start is important. It's very important to help them to adapt into new environment and take into account cultural differences (different skin color, nationality)
