Hello guys! It's Neón writting for the last (but not least) time. Typing this, is really making me sad because it means it probably will pass a looong time until we see each other again. That's why, as it's my last experience, I wanted to take some time to thank everyone from the class I've been in. Specially to my groupmates. They have been so sweet and loving, and I've learned lots and lots of things with them during this journey. I just love them so very much because they are such good people with really big dreams and goals and a really big smile on their faces. I am such a lucky unicorn for having been able to spend time with this amazing people. I'm happy to say that out of all the journeys and places I've visited this year, my favorite destination is and will always be Murcia. But well... I promised to come visit soon, so please don't forget about me! This post became a little sentimentalist and I don't want to upset you! So that...

Keywords from task 10

1. The informal learning is the one that happens in a non academic environment. It comes from the interaction of a person with its environment and with the interaction of this person with other people. For example: going to buy something and learn about economics. 2. Relationships at school constist of the bonds between teachers and peers, peers and peers, teachers and teachers, and beyond the classroom. Generally, the relationships at school are based on the contact with each other. 3. Feedback is an essential part of education and training programmes. It helps learners to maximise their potential at different stages of training, raise their awareness of strenghts and areas for improvement, and identify actions to be taken to improve performance. By feedback student feels that he/she is in the centre of attention of the teacher which is very important for self-esteem. 4. Organizational leadership is usually expressed in the effect on people's motivation to perform tasks...

Last journalist's summary of the week

Image
Hi everyone, this week was the last task, and it consisted in finding the connections between things we have learnt and making a mind map to make a little presentation on Wednesday to every group. On Monday Linda explained the task and right after that we started dividing the documents to read them. In the evening we began to think ideas about how to make the mind map on the better way, and also to get the most important concepts from the document and their relations. Once we had the concepts and the idea for the mind map we went to buy the materials we were going to need for the mind map and we started drawing and preparing the things, and also writing a script for the presentation. On Wednesday we did the same as in the first week, we first listen to the presentation and then we were changing until we had seen every group’s work, but we had to do more than just listening, we had to find in the other presentations the connections that we had missed in our on work. After all the p...

The Last Reflection

In our last week we have had to connect concepts from School Organization and Educational resources because it is really important to get a Meaningful Learning and, by doing this, we can reach this objective. Also, by doing this we are practicing the dimension called relationship with learning because we are connecting previous knowledge with new one. We have connected many concepts and we explaied them on Wednesday. However, there were two concepts that were repeated a lot. That is the reason why we realize they are, probably, the most important in Education. The first concept was Teacher- Students Relationships. We all know this is crucial but we have found another dimension of the concept. Students are frommany different backgrounds, some of them have disabilites, others can't understand the language, the rest have problems such as stress or weakness in particular subjects. At the end, we have been any time students and we know that feeling although sometimes we forg...

Translator, Key conceps, week 10 task 9

We can find four leadership styles that are: authoritarian, participative, transactional, and transformational. Now we are going to explain each style with their advantages and disadvantages: We are going to start with the authoritarian leader, this is the person who give orders to other people which must do what this leader says and if they do it in a good way, they receive a reward but if they don't do it in a proper way they received a punishment because the authoritarian leader think that he or she is the unique person trained to do good things and to order properly and only their ideas are worth it. They have the power and the control, they think that their workers need someone to tell them what they have to do because they don't know how to think by themselves. Some advantages of this leadership style are that can be effective for those people who require vigilance to perform their tasks, as this prevents them from relaxing, and improves performance, productivity... FRIENDS WITH DONALD TRUMP

Image
Hello there lovely readers!! It's Neón writting! This week I'm so excited!!  So, this week I was invited to the United States by Donald Trump himself, who I actually don't really like but I couldn't miss the opportunity and actually it was not bad at all. So I arrived to Washington and the fist thing I saw was the Whote House which is huge and amazing!! I really loved it and I had the chance to go to a really important conference where I took lots of notes about how the person talking was catching our attention and everything he used to make the message to get to us. I did this for the elections that were going to be hold in my class when I came back from the US, and I found this a really good opportunity to help our star a Little bit with some great advices. After attending to this meeting, I had the amazing chances of practicing my adquired skills by doing a little conference about my objectives if I was elected as principal of a school. Everybody loved it and when ...

Journalist's summary about this week's task.

Hello, Readers! On Friday, the 4th of May, we finished watching all of the rest of the videos about New Educational Law in Spain. Related to the previous task, Linda asked every single group about views and likes on facebook, instagram, twitter below the video of each group. Fireproofessors won the prize, they received the greatest amount of views. This week we had to read the text about basic leadership styles and then choose the star of the group who presented herself/himself as a candidate. On the 4th of May, every candidate of each group tried to convince us to vote for him/her for being the new principal of the school. We were listening to the candidates who had a lot of different offers and proporsals. They shared with us their point of views on how education system should looks like in their opinions. The campaigns were very strong and all of candidates were really charismatic. The battle finished with a big applause for all of the stars...
